Uses :
Dowel bar sleeves are manufactured from high grade, flexible virgin plastic and are designed to form a positive deboned dowelled joint in reinforced concrete construction. The use of Dowel Bar Sleeves overcomes the problems associated with paint, compounds, tapes and greases which if not applied correctly can be ineffective.

Material Used :
The dowel bars are made using virgin LDPE. Use of recycled plastic not advised as it has negligible flexure. The product complies with requirement MORT&H Specification.602.6.5.5.

Sizes Available :
Presently we manufacture a single size sleeve to cater specifically to the RIGID Pavement requirements. However adjustments can be made in order to cater to special requirement as per client demand.

STANDARD SIZE :
32+mm diameter x 300mm long x 1.25mm thick sheath.
Dowel bar sleeves supplied shall bear the manufacturer’s name & logo.

Test for Dowel Bar Sleeve :

Non standard sleeves are also available as per customer requirements.

Separation membranes :
Separation membranes are available at various thickness , width & length.
Generally 250 GSM is recommended. Non standard sizes can be made as per customer requirements..
